MAORIS FOR AUSTRALIA. THE TEAM SELECTED. By Telegraph.—Press AssoJation. Wellington, Last Night. The following have been selected as the Maori team to tour Australia:— Backs—Kuru Mapu (Hawke’s Bay), Phillips (Marlborough), Pratt (Rangitikei), Peanga (Wanganui), Turela (Poverty Bay), Pitman (Auckland), Keepa, Stewart and Graham (Bay of Plenty). Forwards.—Eparahana (Thames), Davis, Gemmell and Hebberlej' (Hawke's Bay), Pine, Tulapa (Poverty Bay), Bannister (Canterbury), Jacobs, Brougbton (Horowhenua), Love (Wellington), Hokoriko Maraku (Bay of Plenty). The team assembles at Auckland, and before leaving for Sydney it is hoped to arrange a match against Auckland. The Maoris are due in Sydney in time to play a match on July 23. Other engagements are: July 27, Country match; July 30, match in Sydney; August. 1 (holiday), match in Sydney. TEAMS FOR SATURDAY. OKATO CLUB. The following will represent Okato seniors v. Inglewood at Inglewood at 2 p.m. on Saturday:—Corbett (3), Shotter (2), O’Sullivan (2), Milne, Norgate, Gilboolley, Tanner, Walshe, McCarthy, Robson, Murray, Anderson. Emergencies: Waiwirl, D. Andrews. Okato juniors to play High School B, at New Plymouth:—Roebuck (2), Julian (3), Hill (2), Thomas, Kircup, Wheare, B. Smith, Roberts, Putt, Sevit, Norris. Emergency: O’Sullivan. Cars leave at 12 o'clock. REFEREES FOR SATURDAY. CENTRAL DIVISION. SECOND GRADE. Tariki v. Stratford, at Tariki, 2 p.m., Mr. Thompson. Inglewood v. Strathmore, at Stratfdtd A. and P. Grounds, 3 p.m., Mr. Wilson. .Midhirst v. Toko, at Midhirst, 3 p.m., Mr. Skogluud. THIRD GRADE. Toko v. Stratford D.H.S., at Toko, 3 p.m, Mr. Bicheno. FOURTH GRADE. Stratford D.H.S. v. Inglewood, at Stratford A. and P. Ground, 1.30 p.m., Mr. Tyrer. To-morrow 'afternoon the primary schools shield, won l;:sr-**ar by Kapunl, will be presented by Mr. Jus. McLeod, chairman of the New Zealand Rugby Union. In the evening the Kapuni settlers will tender a banquet to Mr. McLeod, who donated tl?e shield.
