PUBLIC WORKS MINISTER.
VISIT TO KAWHIA AND RAGLAN. By Telegraph.— Press Association Wellington, Last Night. The Hon. J. G. Coates (Minister of Public Works) leaves Wellington tomorrow night for Kawhia, where he will meet a number of deputations on departmental business. On Friday he proceeds to Raglan, where he will open the new wharf, and on Saturday and Sunday he motors to Frankton to join the Main Trunk express for Feilding. At Feilding he will attend a conference on Monday morning regarding the question of an electric power board, afterwards returning to Wellington.
