BOXING.
STRATFORD TOURNAMENT. The Stratford Sports and Pastimes Club have arrangements well in hand for their tournament on Tuesday, July 12, when Facoorey, the New Zealand bantam champion, meets Lane, the New Zealand ex-araateur champion, who has just returned from Sydney, where he won twenty-five out of twentyseven fights, one Jjeing drawn and one lost. Amongst the amateurs are Rowson, the Taranaki champion, who meets Clarry, Eltham; also Sharrock, Julian, Millar, Skoglund, Linn, Collins and Sullivan. It promises to be one of the best tournaments ever staged ift Stratford.
