VICTORIAN WOOL SALES. By Telegraph.—Press Assn. —Copyright. Melbourne, June IS. Following are the dates for auctions fixed by the wool brokers: —At Melbourne, July 4, 5, 11, 12, 13 and 14; Geelong, July 6 and 7; at Adelaide, July 22. The Sydney dates are not decided. LONDON MARKETS. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile, Agency, Company, Ltd., have received the following cablegram from their London house under date 15th instant:— Tallow.’—We quote present spot values for the following descriptions: Fine mutton £1 15s 3d per cwt., good beef £1 15s 9d per cwt., mixed £1 7s 3d per cwt. Small demand for new season. Frozen Mutton.—6d to B%d per lb. Frozen Lamb. —Is 2d per lb. Frozen Beef.—Hindquarters 5d per lb, forequarters 3%d per lb. Frozen Ewes, Government Meat.—Reduced to 5%d per lb. Butter.—No change in >market for New Zealand, £9 12s per Cheese.—Market slow, £5 2s per cwt.
