DEVELOPMENT OF TRADE. BRITISH AND GERMAN CAPITAL. SYSTEMATIC RECONSTRUCTION. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received June 10, 5.5 p.m. Berlin, June 9. The Tageblatt states that certain British and German industrial interests have concluded agreements to develop trade and exploit resources in Russia. This is the result of negotiations conducted by Krassin, when in Berlin recently, with Herr Hugo Stinnes. The paper adds that the systematic reconstruction of Russia will be undertaken in close touch with Russian delegatee. Lenin will reconstruct the Government on a coalition basis. —Reuter Service.
