Melbourne, June 9. Mill-owners have increased the price of ftour 10s per ton. It is jiow £2O 7s Cd. Bran and pollard have been reduced from £lO to £9. A COMMONWEALTH LOAN. Melbourne, June 9. In the House of Representatives Sir Joseph Cook confirmed the report that a Commonwealth loan was contemplated. It is understood the amount is 10 millions.
