I SINN FEIN CAMPAIGN. CUTTING WIRES IN ENGLAND. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright London, June 8. Sinn Feiners ore systematically cutting the telephone, telegraph and railway signal wires around London and Liverpool. Two hundred telegraph wires have been cut. Armed men in die* prised, unnumbered motor cars carried >ut the outrages in London. Scotland Yard officers were engaged n thrilling pursuits during the small loura without result. Several arrests rere made in Liverpool after men had ired on the police.
