MEAT AND WOOL.
ADVERSE FREIGHTS. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. London, June 7. Messrs. Long and Makgill, representing the meat producers of the Dominion, gave evidence before the Imperial Shipping Board, giving the facts and figures to' show that high freights were making it impossible to ship some classes of wool. Mr. Massey is concentrating attention on wool profits. He has prepared a statement of Dominion claims, as the result of conferences, and this will come before the authorities.
