DEFENDANT DENIES CHARGE. BLAMES HOSPITAL SISTER. By Telegraph —Press Association. Christchurch, Last Night. The hearing of the case in which Ada Fleming is suing Dr. Maurice Louisson for £1730 special and general damages in respect to alleged negligent and unskilful treatment was continued to- , day. Defendant denies that any swabs were used in the operation. He declared the whole trouble was due to a piece of gauze dressing being inadvertently left in the wound by one of the sisters at the Lewisham Hospital. The case is not finished.
