He urged the appointment of an Australasian Council. Mr. Ball, chairman of the management committee, in toasting the New Zealanders, stated that Saturday's defeat was not discredit, as the New South Wales team could beat anything in the world. Tte Queensland sd’ccer team beat the New South Wales team by two goals to nil.
