CONFIDENCE IN GOVERNMENT. TO FULFIL ULTIMATUM. By Telegraph.—-Press Ann. —Copyright. Berlin, June 5. > In the Reichstag a vote of confidence was introduced on behalf of the three Coalition parlies approving the Government’s declaration regarding the fulfilment of the Allies’ ultimatum, and was adopted by 213 votes to 77. The second section of the resolution, dealing with the Government’s attitude in Upper Silesia, was also passed by a. big majority. The German People’s Party refrained from voting.
