DRINK FOR BOYS.

WARNING TO LICENSEES. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Christchurch, Last Night. This sort of thing, he said, would have to stop, as would also after hours trading. In future the committee intended to deal carefully with applicants for licenses; it would not insist that a licensee should be a teetotaller, but he must not be addicted to drink.
