The Rarawa arrived from Onehunga early yesterday morning with passengers and 50 tons of general cargo. She sailed again at 8.20 p.m. OPUA BRINGING CEMENT. Messrs. Newton King, Ltd., advise that tne Opua is expected to arrive from Tarakohe about next Wednesday with 400 tons of cement. WAIMATE TO SAIL. It is expected to finish loading the Waimate this afternoon, when she will sail for Wellington. It is doubtful if the Tregarthen will be able to take the Waimate’s berth before to-morrow morn’ng. COAL FROM NEWCASTLE. The Waitomo (U.S.S. Company) is scheduled to reach New Plymouth next Wednesday with a full load of coal from Newcastle, but advice of her sailing from the Australian port has not yet been received. The quantity of coal will be about. 6000 tons, and it is consigned to the Railway Department. PORT VICTOR AT WAITARA. The C. and D. liner Port Victor arrived in the stream at Waitara yesterday morning to load frozen meat. It was expected she would commence loading with last evening’s tide. SHIPPING TELEGRAMS. The Federal Line have received cable advice that the Armagh left New York on May 28 cargo-laden for Auckland, Wellington, Sydney, Newcastle, and Brisbane. The vessel is due at Auckland about June 27, and at Wellington about July 4. WAIHEMO AT WELLINGTON. The Union Company's steamer Waibemo arrived at Wellington at midday on Wednesday from Pacific Slope ports, via Auckland and Napier, to discharge. The vessel will leave Wellington on Saturday for Lyttelton and Dunedin. U.S. AND A. LINE. The West Hepburn was to leave New York on Wednesday cargo-laden for Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, Bluff, Brisbane, and Sydney. The Eastern Crown sailed from New York on May 6, cargo-laden for Auckland, Napier, Wellington, Lyttelton, Timaru, Dunedin, Hobart, Launceston, and Adelaide.
