A GENERAL AMNESTY FOR POLITICAL OFFENDERS. By Telegraph.—Tress Assn.—Copyright. London, May 31. The Government has proclaimed a general amnesty for political offenders in Mesopotamia, both to those concerned in the 1920 rising and prior with the exception of 19 persons who were implicated in the murder of officers and officials and who are at present fugitives from justice.
