America, the Continent, and Bradford bought, the bulk going to Bradford. Little lamb was offering. Fine 46’s and 48's stowed an upward tendency. Southdowns were keenly sought for. The increase on the Wellington prices was equal to 5 per cent. The wool sales closed with the demand unsatisfied, prices being maintained to the end. The clearance is expected to have a good result in Hawke's Bay.
