AMENDMENTS TO BY-LAWS. DOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Borough Council held on the 9th day of May, 1921, it was resolved (by way of Special Order) that the New Plymouth Borough Council make,Amendments to By-Laws under the “Municipal Corporations Act 1920” and under all other powers enabling the said Council to make and amend By-laws the object and purpose of which amendments is to increase the fees payable in connection with the New Plymouth Public Cemetery by repealing the first Schedule to part XXIII of the New Plymouth Borough By-laws and substituting a fresh schedule therefor.
The said resolution will be submitted for confirmation to a Special Meeting of the Council to be held in the Municipal Offices, Liardet Street, New Plymouth, on Monday, the 6th day of June, 1921, at 7.30 p.m., at which meeting the day of the coming into force of the said Amendments to By-laws will be fixed. A copy of the said Special Order and amendments to By-laws is deposited at the office of the Council in Liardet Street aforesaid, where the same will be open for public inspection during office hours until the said confirming meeting is held.
