AMERICANS ANT) JAPANESE CLASH. By Telegraph.--Press Assn.—Copyright, Received May 29, 5.5 p.m. Shanghai, May 28. Twelve American sailors from the flagship Huron were wounded in a street fight with Japanese sailors last Sunday. The Japanese Foreign Office issued a statement earlier in the week indicating a trifling clash and dispute over the Americans exploding fire crackers.
