The Daily Herald’s Vienna correspondent states that the Allied representatives at Budapest have sent a Note to the Hungarian Government demanding the abdication of the Regent (Admiral Horthy) and the replacement of the present Government by a coalition representing all parties, which will undertake to hold new elections immediately;, the dissolution of the Magyar independent organisations, which are demanding war and revenge; the present National Assembly to pass a law dethroning the Hapsburg iynasty prior to the dissolution. —Aus.HI.Z.
