A GAMING HOUSE.
TOBACCONIST FINED '£so. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Masterton, Last Night. As a result of a police raid, William Powell, tobacconist, was charged to-day before Mr. S. L. Free, S.M., with keeping a common gaming house, and was convicted and fined £5O and costs. Charges against his assistants (Daphne Clarke and James Collins) of being found on the premises of a common gaming house were dismissed.
