By Telegraph,—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Present indications are for northerly to westerly gales. Weather dull and boisterous, with heavy rain. Rivers flooded, especially on west coast and southern districts. Snow may be expected soon on the higher levels. The barometer is unsteady, with a further falling tendency.
