.STATE RETAIL BUTCHERY. By Telegraph.—Press Assn —Copyright. Sydney, May 25. The Government is entering the retail butchering business on Thursday, experimenting with one shop in the city. Others are to follow later. WHEAT PRICE RISES. Melbourne, May 25. The Wheat Board lias increased the price for wheat for gristing into flour for export to Africa, the Pacific and New Zealand from 7s to 7s 6d, the reason being that owing to the crop deterioration in the United States, the market has advanced sharply there. The Australian price has now been brought intb line with the American quotations.
