PROBLEM OF SILESIA.
PLAN TO OVERCOME TROUBLE. By Telegraph.—Press Assn—Copyright. Received May 25, 1.20 a.m. Paris, May 23. It is reported that the Government is considering a new plan to meet the Silesian situation, whereby Germany will be guaranteed two-thirds of the coal production in the areas conferred upon Poland under the plebiscite. This proposal will probably he submitted to the Supreme Council at Boulogne on Friday. Warsaw, May 23. A communique issued by the insurrection leaders declares that the German Reichswehr utilised a number of big guns at Grosstrelitz.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
