SOUTH AI-RICAN TOUR CHARGES AT MATCHES. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The New Zealand Rugby Union has announced arrangements for submission to unions in connection with the South African tour. The charges of admission will be two shillings and stands three shillings. Local unions will make arrangements for accommodation, which will be a charge on the New Zealand Union. Ti e assembling of local teams will be at the expense of the local union, except iu the cases of combined matches, where the expenses of players travelling will be borne by the New Zealand Union.
