THE RARAWA.

The Rarawa arrived from Onehunga early yesterdky morning with passengers and 70 tons of cargo. She sailed again for Onebqnga at 8.20 p.m. •

KAMONA SAILS.

The Kamona completed discharging her coal cargo yesterday afternoon and sailed for Onehunga.

FLORA FROM SOUTH.

The Flora is expected to arrive from Lyttelton and Wellington to-day with about 800 tons of general cargo to discharge.

CARGO FROM WELLINGTON.

The small steamer Kennedy is due to arrive from Wellington this afternoon with general cargo to put out here.

AUSTRALCRAG BERTHS.

When the Kamona sailed at 2.45 yesterday her berth was immediately taken by the Maindy Lodge, which has been discharging coal at the eastern, overseas berth. A deep water berth thus being unade available, the Australcrag, which has been lying In the stream since 1 o’clock on Monday, was brought alongside. The Austral crag is a unit of the Australian Commonwealth Line. She was built at Glasgow in 1907 for Turner, Davidson and Co., and was then named the Strathleven. Her dimensions are: Length 376 feet, beam 52 feet, depth of hold 25 feet, gross register 4503 tons, net 2855 tons. She is driven by triple expansion engines and has a speed of 10 knots.

NGAHERE WITH COAL.

The steamer Ngahere is due to arrive from Greymouth to-morrow with about 750 tons of coal to put out here. The vessel afterwards proceeds to Wanganui to discharge the balance of her cargo.

SUFFOLK LEAVES SYDNEY.

The Suffolk, en route from Liverpool to New Zealand ports, left Sydney on Saturday and is due at Auckland to-morrow. It is hoped to get her through so as to reach Wellington next Tuesday. She will also discharge at both Lyttelton and Dunedin. Subsequently she will load for Liverpool and Avonmouth at Timaru, New Plymouth, Wanganui, and Wellington.

WAIMATE TO LOAD.

The New Zealand Shipping Company hope to dispatch the Waimate from Wellington today for Oaunaru and New Plymouth to load. She will return to Wellington to complete.

WAIHEMO FROM PACIFIC PORTS.

The Union Company's freighter Waihemo is due at Auckland from Pacific ports on May 26, She should be in Wellington about four days later, and will then visit Lyttelton, Sydney and Melbourne.

SURREY FROM AUCKLAND.

The Surrey is expected to leave Auckland to-day, and is due at Wellington on Friday. She has Liverpool cargo for discharge, and will later visit Lyttelton and Dunedin. DANGER TO SHIPPING.

The Collector of Customs, New Plymouth, has received the following telegram from the Marine Department:—A large log dangerous to shipping was passed on the 14th Inst. 16 miles west half south magnetic from Stephens Island.
