aj Teiecra ph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received May 15, 5.5 p.m. Sydney, May 15. The coastal steamer Wallangbar (2500 Xons) broke away from her moorings during a gale in Byron Bay and was swept ashore broadside on. There were no passengers on board at the time, and the crew is safe, but unless the weather moderates the vessel will be in grave danger. A relief steamer has been despatched from Sydney.—Aus.-N.Z.
