BOXING.
NEW PLYMOUTH TOURNAMENT.
Tommy Thompson and George Richardson, the principals in the professional bout at next Friday night’s tournament at New Plymouth, are reported to be in great form. Both men will enter the ring in the pink o* condition, and the contest gives promise of being the very best yet seen here. Amongst the amateur bouts will be one (light-weight) between Brosnan and Willis. Both these lads are very clever boxers, and the bout should be full of Interest.
