MORE IMMIGRANTS.
EMPLOYMENT AWAITING THEM.
By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. A cablegram from London stated that 2000 emigrants will leave for New Zealand in June, and 1000 ex-service emigrants in August. The Hon. W. Nosworthy (Minister of Immigration) said these emigrants were all persons nominated and guaranteed employment by friends or relatives.. It was no departure from the policy of the Government that immigration, except of persons for whom employment and accommodation is guaranteed, would be temporarily suspended.
