WEDDING.

JURY—HONNOR. The wedding of Miss Olive Sylvia Jury, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Jury, to Mr. Herman W. Honnor, sop of Mr. and Mrs. Honnor, of Huirangi, took place at the Anglican Church, Tikorangi, on Wednesday. The Rev. G. Gavin officiated. The bride’s dress was of whit® crepe-de-chine, and she wore a veil and orange blossoms, and certainly looked very pretty. She was attended by Miss Honnor as bridesmaid, who was dressed in a putty shade dress with black hat relieved with pink rosebuds. The bouquets were made by the aunt of the bride, Mrs. H. J. Hall, and consisted of delicately pink-shaded bouvardias, chrysanthemums, dahlias, and asparagus fern. The bride was given away by her father, and Mr. Percy Honnor acted as best man. There was a very large number of useful and valuable presents. At the close of the ceremony a reception was held in the Tikorangi Hall, where also the wedding breakfast was spread for about 70 or 80 guests. The customary toast list was gone through, (the Rev* Mr. Gavin, proposing the toast of the bride and bridegroom. The happy couple later in the day left -for ‘'somewhere in New Zealand” where the honeymoon will be spent, the bride’s travelling dress being a grey costume.
