VIOLENCE FORBIDDEN.. 50,000 ARMED INSURGENTS Berlin, May 6. Korfantz, the Silesian dictator, in a proclamation, forbids violence or illtreatment of any person regardless of speech, faith, or race. He prescribes the death penalty to any guilty of theft or the usq of weapons. Italian troops lost 30 killed in fruitless attempts to suppress the rising.
