By Telegraph.—Press Assn —Copyright. Received May 8, 5.5 p.m. Delhi, May 6. Five thousand non-co-operators violently attacked a loyalist meeting at Shikarpur with stones and brickbats. The building was badly damaged, and six persons were severely wounded.— Aus. and X.Z. Cable A&sn. KANSAS WHEAT CROP FAILURE. Received May 8, 5.5 p.m. New York, May 7. The Kansas State Agricultural Board has announced that the wheat crop is badly damaged, and will not produce more than seven bushels to the acre.
