NOT ARRANGED YET. By Talegraph.—Press Association. Christchurch, Last Night. In reference to the cablegram stating that New Zealand had extended an invitation to a Marylebone team to tour New Zealand next season, the secretary of the New Zealand Cricket Council states there appeal’s to be some misunderstanding in the matter. He explains that when 4t was found it was too late to complete arrangements with Marylebone for sending a team to New Zealand during 1920-2 L the New Zealand cricket council wrote and stated the matter would be reconsidered for next season. The New Zealand Council now has the matter under consideration and expects at an early date to ask the opinion of the various associations throughout New Zealand before committing itself to such, a tour by a Marylebone team.
