ULTIMATUM FROM ALLIES,
HANDED TO AMBASSADOR.
.By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. London, May 4. The German Government has resigned. , London, May 5. It is officially confirmed that the German Government has resigned.
Received May 5, 8 p.m. London, May 4. The Government and the Allied representatives received news of the German Government’s resignation at midnight. The resignation is due to America’s reply to the Supreme Council. The meeting lasted till after mid-night. The Allies’ ultimatum will be signed this morning and handed to Herr St. Hamer (the German Ambassador in London). —Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.

AGREEMENT ON REPARATIONS.
