In the matter of “Th 6 Companies Act, 1908,” and in the matter of THE BLENHEIM OIL COMPANY, LIMITED. is hereby given, in pursuance of Section 22-3 of “The Companies Act, 1908,” that the following Special Resolutions were passed at an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Blenheim Oil Company, Limited, held on the 23rd day of March, 1921,- and were confirmed at an Extraordinary General Meeting of* the Company held on the 20th day of April, 1921: 1. That' the Company be wound up voluntarily. 2. That Mr. Valintine Duff, of New Plymouth, Accountant, be appointed Liquidator of the Company.
