Sir Arthur Goldfinch (Director of Raw Materials) states a breakdown has occurred in the negotiations to settle the basis of regulating the sales of wool at the Australian end, net in connection with reserves, but regarding the fixing of the quantities to be offered. The Bawra directors have decided that their reserve prices for the May series will approximately equal the April closing rates. —Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
