HADFIELD CHALLENGES ARNST.
By Telegraph.--Press Association. Blenheim, May 2. Arnst received a challenge on Saturday on behalf of Darcy Hadfield in the event' of his defeating Hannon, to row on the Wanganui. Arnst replied: "Yes, if sufficient inducement Is offered at Wanganui.” He further wired stating that a challenge was being forwarded. Interviewed, Arnst says the race will be won or lost. He likes the Walrau water and will stick to it if he wins if the gate is satisfactory.
