STBATFOKD LADIES’ CLUB
At a meeting of the Stratford Ladies’ Hockey Club held in Smith's Tea Rooms on Thursday evening, Mr. Selby, the club’s delegate, was voted to the chair. The following officers were elected:—President, Mr. R. Masters, M.P.; vice-presidents, Messrs. J. W. Boon, T. G. Grubb, W. Mclnnes, ■J. W. McMillan, W’. P. Kirkwood, C. Jackson, J. Petrie, F. D. Gaffaney, J. Fredric, W. E. Jones, J. McAllister, H. E. Abraham, T. J.’ Salmon, A. W. Budge, S. Pitt, P. Skoglund, A. D. McPherson, H. Ashton, C. B. Walsh, J. B. Richards; committee, Mrs. F. D. Gaffaney, captain, Miss Jean Henry, vicecaptain/'and Miss Edna Anderson, secretary treasurer. Mi*. Selby, the delegate representing tte ladies at the association meeting held in New Plymouth last Tuesday evening, reported that the headquarters of the association had been removed from New Plymouth to Stratford. The usual practice will be held on Victoria Park this afternoon.
