SCHOOL COMMITTEES.
Following are additional results of school committee elections held on Monday evening last:
WAREA.
(From 'Our Own' Correspondent.)
The- annual householders’ meeting was held in the Warea school on Monday, April 25. The meeting was well attended. Mr. C. Parker, who is leaving the district, was accorded a very hearty vote of thanks, and keen appreciation was expressed for the capable and efficient manner in which he had carried out his duties during the past twelver years he occupied the Aair. Mr. Parker, in responding, said he would always remember with pleasure his connection with the Warea School Committee, and wished the new committee every success for the future. Also, keen disappointment was felt thaj Messrs. H. N. Chapman and C. Muir would not stand for reelection.
The following committee was elected: —Messrs. P. Brophy, T. Doyle, F. Johns. J. Fausett and W. C. Caldwell. At a subsequent meeting Mr. W. C. Caldwell was appointed chairman, and Mr. J. Fausett secretary.
