ATTITUDE OF DOMINIONS.

Sir Newton Moore, speaking at the annual meeting of the Colonial Institute said, in reference to the Imperial Conference, the most important question was the Japanese treaty. The Dominion Parliaments had debated the question and intended to demand a freedom similar to that of the House of Commons.
