HHAKE NOTICE that an action has been commenced against you in the aforesaid Court by The Chairman Councillors and Inhabitants of the County of Whangamomona for the sum of £37 14s 6d owing by you to the Plaintiffs for Rates due on Section Part Sub 14 Block XII Ngatimaru Survey District for the year ended 31st March 1920 AND that an order has been made by Thomas Alfred Bush Bailey Esquire, Stipendiary Magistrate at Stratford, on the 22nd day of April 1921 that Service be effected upon you by advertising the above proceedings in three issues of “The Taranaki Daily News” at New Plymouth and by affixing a copy of the summons and this advertisement to the said lands. A copy of the summons statement of claim and the said order are deposited in the Magistrate’s Court at Stratford and may be inspected during ordinary office hours.
