A copy of the summons statement of claim and the said order are deposited in the Magistrate’s Court at Stratford and may be inspected during ordinary office hours. The summons will be heard on Friday the 20th day of May 1921 at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon at the Courthouse at Stratford and in the event of your not being present the case will be heard in your absence.
