PREMIER REPEATS OFFER. SETTLEMENT WITH CONDITIONS. READY TO MEET IRISHMEN. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received April 22, 10.45 p.m London, April 21. Replying to a question in the House of Commons regarding Ireland, the Premier reiterated that the Government was ready to meet representatives of the Irish people to discuss any proposals offering a prospect of reconciliation and settlement, subject to the reservations that the strategic unity of the Empire must be safeguarded, and that Ulster must not be qoerced. He pointed out that so far no reply had been received to the Government’s offer of safe conduct for members of the Dail Eireann.— Reuter Service. WARNING TO SOLICITORS. London, April 21. All Dublin solicitors have received an intimation that if they are parties to motions for the .attachment of rates for criminal injuries they will be dealt with by the Republican Army.
