DISPOSAL OF CARLES.
DISPUTE OVER YAP. By Telegraph.—Press Assn—Copyright. Received April 23, 175 a.m. Washington, April 21. It is understood Japan and France have accepted the American principle regarding the distribution of ex-German cables, as put forward at the session of the international communications conference held at Washington. The United States gets the cable from Guam to Yap and Japan the cable from Yap to Shanghai, probably when the status is settled.—Reuter Service.
