PUBLIC NOTICES. I. ANZAC DAY PARADE. JJETURNED Soldiers in uniform forming firing party can obtain Rifles, etc., from the Soldiers’ Club from TONIGHT until 9.30 a.m. on Sunday morning. A Parade will be ]jeld on Sunday morning, at the Coronation Hall, at 10 a.m., for rehearsal. All Returned Men not in uniform are asked to parade at the Soldiers’ Club at 9.45 a.m. on Anzac Day. G. E. Club, ELTHAM, at 2 p.m. on MONDAY, the 25th April (Anzac Day). The Committee also extends an invitation to all Maori and South African War Veterans and Returned Soldiers of units other than the N.Z.E.F. to take part in the parade. TO FRANCIS MONTAGUE MILLS the Defendant above-named rpAKE NOTICE that an action has been commenced against you in the aforesaid Court by The Chairman Councillors and Inhabitants of the County, of Whangamomona for the sum of £37 14s 6d owing by you to the Plaintiffs for Rates due on Section Part Sub 14 Block XII Ngatimaru Survey District for the year ended 31st March 1920 AND that an order has been made by Thomas Alfred Bush Bailey Esquire, Stipendiary Magistrate at Stratford, on the 22nd day of April 1921 that Service be effected upon you by advertising the above proceedings in three issues of “The Taranaki Daily News” at New Plymouth and by affixing a copy of the summons and this advertisement to the said lands. A copy of the summons statement of claim and the said order are deposited in the Magistrate’s Court at Stratford and may be inspected during ordinary office hours. The summons will be heard on Friday the 20th day of May 1921 at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon at the Courthouse at Stratford and. in the event of your not being present the case will be heard in your absence.
