By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Present indications are for high west to south-west winds. Weather cold and squally, with heavy showers in most pants of the Dominion, particularly along East Coast districts. The barometer is unsteady, with a rising tendency everywhere soon.
