“Since the nine shillings bonus has been reduced to three shillings, the employers have been receiving refunds ol the* surplus payments made in consequence of the Court’s first announcement,” said Mr. F. Cooke, in the Arbitration* Court at Christchurch on Saturday. “What has become of the refund; have the customers got it bacK?”
