FORD MOTOR CRISIS.

LOAN OF 50,000,000 DOLLARS. New York, Jan. 24. Mr. Ford is reported to be negotiating an issue here of 50,000,000 dollars bonds to cover immediate payments, including taxes exceeding 40,000,000 required in quarterly instalments. The company has completed unsold cars worth 30,000,000 dollars, numbering, therefore, about 60,000. Two years ago Mr. Ford borrowed 60,000,000 dollars to buy out the Dodge interests. About half of this has been repaid. Jewish propagandists, in attacking Mr. Ford’s anti-Semitism, state that he intends putting 50,000,000 dollars into German plant available for munitions as well as automobiles. They also accuse Mr. Ford of conspiring to restore the Kaiser, which is amusing.
