D. H. Guthrie, C. J. Parr and J. G. Coates and probably other Ministers will be in Auckland to bid the Premier farewell and wish him success in his mission to the Old Country. The allocation of Mr Massey's portfolios during his absence has been finally decided. Sir Francis Bell will be acting-Premier and will control all the Finance Departments. Mr. Guthrietakes Railways, Mr Anderson takes Mines, and Mr. Nosworthy takes the Imperial Supplies Department.
