SALE OF TREASURY BILLS. By Telegraph.—Press Assn. —Copyright London, April 12. Sir Robert Horne, Chancellor of the Exchequer, announced in the House of Commons that he had decided to revert on April 2 to the tender system for sales of three months’ Treasury bills, continuing the sale of twelve months’ bills at the preset fixed rates.
