EVERYBODY’S. “MACISTIE IN LOVE.” The splendid physique of Maciste is admirably displayed in a succession of wonderful feats of strength in his latest Italian production, “Maciste in Love,” in which the mighty star falls in with a terrific series of adventures in pursuit of the lady to whose charms he has fallen a victim. The story has a novel twist in that it deals with the operations of a picture producing company, so that the actors are really seen as themselves. The scenes of life in a motion picture studio are the more interesting by reason of the fact that this is the first picture that has given us a really good insight into the fascinating business of making pictures. The supporting pictures include a two-reel Vitagraph comedy, “The Rent Dodgers.” These comedies have gained the reputation of the most amusing productions of recent, times, 'and “The Rent Dodgers” fully upholds this reputation.
