PRUSSIAN PREMIER.
ELECTED BY CHAMBER. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Berlin, April 10. In accordance with the new constitutional practice the Prussian Chamber elected the new Prime Minister by a vote. Herr Stegerwald, Minister of Public Affairs, the candidate of the Centre Party, was unanimously chosen. He began life as a workman and was prominent in the Christian Trade Union movement in South Germany.
