HOCKEY.
NEW CLUB FORMED. TECHNICAL SCHOOL OLD GIRLS. An enthusiastic meeting of Technical College Old Girls was held last night, when an Old Girls’ Hockey Club was formed. It was resolved to play Thursday and Saturday teams. The following officers were elected: Patron.. Mr. S. G. Smith, M P.; president, the Mayer (Mr. F. E. Wilson) ; vice-presidents, Messrs. P. J. H. White, R. J. Deare, and H. J. Dolby; secretary. Miss F. Holmes; treasurer, Mr. A. L. Moore; captain of Thursday team. Miss W. Hawker; vice-captpin, Miss M. Kivell; captain of Saturday team, Miss A. Andrews; vice-captain. Miss L. Soffe; committee, the captains, vice-captains, secretary of two teams, representatives (Miss G. Hurvey and V. Doughty). It was resolved that the subscription be 2s 6d and the club colors be navy blue skirt and jumper, with emerald green collar and cuffs. Practice days and hours were also arranged for Thursday and Saturday at 2 p.m. Miss W. Hawker was elected the club's delegate to the Hockey Association.
